1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of Creator Toolkit, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have obtained parental/guardian consent. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform.

2. Permitted Use & Community Guidelines

Creator Toolkit is built to support creators, freelancers, and businesses. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the tools subject to the following rules:

• Free for Personal & Commercial Use: You are free to monetize YouTube videos, client campaigns, TikTok reels, social posts, and Daraz listings that incorporate text, scripts, or thumbnails created with our tools.
• No Scraping or Automated Abuse: You agree not to deploy automated crawlers, bots, headless browsers, or excessive script automation designed to overload our servers or harvest tool outputs en masse.
• No Unlawful or Harmful Content: You must not use our tools to generate hate speech, defamation, fraudulent schemes, harassment, explicit materials, or any content violating the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) or laws of Pakistan.

3. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

Many tools utilize artificial intelligence algorithms (such as large language models). You acknowledge and agree that:

• As-Is Basis: AI-generated outputs (including captions, video scripts, product listings, and blog outlines) are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of viral reach or financial return.
• User Responsibility & Fact-Checking: AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, fictional assertions, or outdated information. You bear full editorial responsibility for reviewing and verifying all generated copy before publishing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You Own What You Create: As between you and Creator Toolkit, all content, scripts, and media generated through your inputs belong entirely to you. Creator Toolkit claims zero ownership, licensing royalties, or distribution claims over your generated works.

The design, code, logos, visual branding, and layout of Creator Toolkit are the proprietary property of Creator Toolkit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Toolkit, its creators, contributors, and hosting providers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user or IP address found to be engaged in malicious activity, server degradation, or violations of these Terms without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
